I understand I will be billed $10.00 per month for the statement fee and that this will be charged separately and recur automatically each month.  By clicking the Buy It Now button below, I further agree to this monthly charge upon setup and implementation of my ad manager.

By clicking the Buy It Now button below, I agree to pay the one time setup and activation fee of $495.00 plus the $495.00 licensing fee for the first year, and the $10 domain name charge for a total of $1,000.00.

I understand I will be billed $29.95 per month for hosting and $10.00 per month for the statement fee and that this will be charged separately and recur automatically each month.  By clicking the Buy It Now button below, I further agree to these monthly charges upon setup and implementation of my private label ad manager.
